Yes. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet shipped. A 5% fee of the order total will be retained to cover payment processing and administrative costs. The remaining amount will be refunded within 7 business days (timeline may vary by financial institution). To cancel, email hello@thevintagenote.com.
Returns are accepted on non-personalized items. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and items must be returned in new/unused condition for a full refund. Custom and personalized orders are not returnable.
If your product arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, we will send a replacement or issue a partial or full refund. Please contact us and we will work with you to find an acceptable solution.
We proudly offer shipping-included pricing for most of our products. To provide the best value, we will select the shipping carrier and method that ensures safe and timely delivery.
